For
Feng Shui and 4 pillars of destiny or paht chee charting
purpose, the year 2009 does not start on New Year Day of 2009
i.e. 1st January 2009
or the Chinese New Year of 2009. The Chinese New Year of 2009
falls on the 26th Jannuary 2009 and this is the 1st day of the
lunar calendar.
For the purpose of Feng Shui
or Paht Chee reading,
the year 2009 or the year of the Ox starts on 4th February 2009 at
00.51 hour (120E).
This day is the beginning of spring called Li Chun of the
solar (Hsia) Calendar. For paht chee or 4 pillars destiny
reading purposes, on 4th February 2009 at 00.51 hour (120E)
the animal sign changes from the "Rat" to the "Ox".
From my personal
experience, most Chinese does not know the year of the Ox
will starts on 4th February 2009. They would relate their
birth year animal sign wrongly by following the
Lunar Calendar.
Feng Shui 2009 update.
Annually, all of
us have to be aware of the location of the three afflictions
in Feng Shui i.e. the location of the Tai Sui, 5 Yellow and 3
killings. These 3 locations are occupied by killing or harmful
qi (energy). Any disturbance within these afflicted sectors
will bring bad luck, sickness and loss to the residents of the
building. By disturbance we mean vibration of the wall or the
floor caused by renovation such as digging,
knocking or drilling.
