I have a challenging problem here. How do you apply feng shui remedy to fix a toilet that is underneath a staircase, in the centre of the house (the most auspicious area especially in 2010) and is facing the main front entrance slightly thorough the staircase?

In other words, when I am standing in front of the toilet facing out, I see the front of the staircase going upstairs (the side of the staircase is facing the front door) and through the staircase balusters I can see about half of the main front door. There is practically no foyer here. Once you open the main door, I have about 1.2 meters (4 feet) before I touch the one side of the staircase. The stairs is about 1 meter (31/2 feet) wide. About another 1 meter (31/2 feet) is the toilet door.

Should I put a mirror on the front of the toilet door? The problem is the toilet is in the centre of the house and would the mirror also reflect half of the main door entrance (through the staircase balusters), which is considered bad?

I also have a challenging second problem. I do not have a South East sector. The house is "L" shape. The front main entrance is facing East. I plan to put a long mirror on the wall on my left as soon as I enter the front main entrance. Is this remedy correct?

Finally, my husband's best sitting direction is facing NE when at our home office. But year 2010, Tai Sui is also at the NE. Should he change his sitting position? His DOB is 24 Sep 1968 @ 9:50am. Thanks.

Karin

Please help.

Thanks.

Hi Karin
What is your house facing?
How long have you been staying in that house?
When was the house built and which year you shift in?
Ever since you shifted in, how did your life fare? better?

As to your husband, yes if he can, better he do not sit facing NE for this year.

Thanks for the reply.
The house is facing East about 100 degrees. This is an old house undergoing major renovation. It is almost ready to be moved in. We should be following Period 8, right? We are planning to move in March 14, 2010. Could you please suggest other later dates in case we cannot move in March 14?

Before even moving in, I am already feeling "bad luck". We have overspent in all of our renovations. Over budget...

The house is "L" shape. Missing SE sector of the Bagua. Our home office is at the NE sector. It is not in a room. It is very close to the main entrance. Master bed is NW, Living room is SW. Kitchen is in the center together with the toilet under the stairs. Dining room is North. My DOB is 3 October 1971 at 8:50 am.

Please help.

Thanks.
Karin

well if before you move it i think is not so much of the house Feng shui, more of other factors like your current luck pillar may be on the low side which will cause distorted decisions.

toilet in the center of the house is usually not good for feng shui & what more when the kitchen is there. The only thing is not to have it there if possible. That is all i can say.

From your birth chart it does seems that your luck pillar is currently low. Life will be having obstacles esp people related.

If you can get a professional help that will be good for you. Feng shui can help compensate your weak luck.
