Hiya

I'm a month into a new job as a travel agent. Because a colleague who entered the job the same time as me snatched the seat that will allow me to face my success direction (SW), I now sit in a seat that faces W and edge of one of the entrances directly (it's a glass door).

I find I have been really down in luck. My sales figures are not moving at all. So many times I'm nearly there but because of external factors - e.g. requested property not available, etc, I miss the sale. Plus I seem to be getting only people who want to enquire or those who are on bargain hunts. That colleague on the other hand, has clients just walking up to purchase and are willing to spend.

She's not willing to swap seats cos she claims it is her lucky seat even though she does not believe in fengshui. She's the selfish type who will look after her own interests 1st, like cutting in just so she can finish her work even though I also have work to finish, etc.

So my questions are
1. What can I do to remedy the situation, better my position where I am seated to ensure success? We don't seat against walls. I have stacks of paper behind me. (Items need to be small as this is a sales office and not mine, so I can't place fountains etc).
2. What can I do to protect myself against xiao ren like my colleague? I'm really not good in politics.
3. Would facing South be any better?

I am female kua 8. According to a master, businesses or careers dealing with eating, drinking, merry making and happiness or/and children will generate monetary success for me, but it doesn't seem to be so now?!

Current company's brand colours are red and white. Uniform's dark blue and white. Nothing black around.

Help please.

Thanks much.

Since you cannot work on your office, then you have to work on your house.
I suggest you get a consultation regardless on site or off site.

At least a consultation will give you a total package rather than part here and there.

In a forum like this, it will be difficult and mostly we do it as a past time activity.
